Welcome to RageZone!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask all visitors to observe the following rules and guidelines.

1. General Rules
   1.1 Minimum Age: The minimum age for participation is 18 years. If it is found on-site that this is not the case, the money will be refunded.

1.1.1 Bookings can only be made by participants (customers) who are at least 18 years old. For group bookings, all members of the group must be at least 18 years old. One person from the group will take responsibility for the entire group (group leader) and is authorized by the other members to make the booking. The group leader is responsible for timely payment. Bookings must be made through the website www.ragezone.ch.

1.1.2 Bookings are accepted on the condition that all participants are in good health and able to meet the physical and psychological demands of the experience.

1.1.3 Participants whose mental or physical state would prevent safe participation (e.g., impaired by alcohol, drugs, etc.) will not be allowed to participate. In such cases, the participation fee will still be charged and will not be refunded. Participants must inform us of such circumstances before the start of the experience.

1.1.3.1 We ask for your understanding that people with severe physical disabilities or tendencies to experience seizures or fainting are not allowed to participate. If any participants have epilepsy, heart conditions, or similar issues, this must be disclosed before the experience begins. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to refuse participation. Pets of any kind are not allowed.

1.1.4 Users/participants acknowledge that the use of the RageZones (anger rooms) carries a risk of injury. The company (RageZone) takes reasonable precautions to minimize risks and make the RageZone experience as safe as possible for everyone. However, participants acknowledge that they take part in the experience at their own risk.

1.2 Reservation: Participation in the RageZone is only possible after prior booking through the website.
1.3 Arrival Time: Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their booked time to receive an orientation.

1.3.1 If customers arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the agreed service cannot be provided, and entry to the experience will unfortunately be denied. The ticket becomes void, and there is no right to a refund.

1.4 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs: Access to the RageZone is strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Such behavior endangers the safety of the individual and others.

1.5 Right of entry: RageZone reserves the right to refuse entry without further explanation.

1.6 Liability Waiver: Before participation, all participants must sign a liability waiver to release us from any responsibility in the case of injury or property damage.

1. Safety Measures
   2.1 Protective Equipment: All participants must wear the protective equipment provided by RageZone (helmet, goggles, gloves, protective suit) for the entire duration of their stay in the RageRoom.
   2.2 Behavior in the Room: It is strictly forbidden to threaten or attack other participants in the room. The equipment should only be used to destroy the objects designated for destruction.
   2.3 Prohibited Items: Participants are not allowed to bring their own items to be destroyed in the RageZone. All objects for smashing are provided by RageZone. This is only possible by prior arrangement.
   2.4 First Aid: In case of injury, a RageZone staff member should be immediately informed. A first aid kit is available, and staff are trained in first aid.

2. Participant Responsibilities
   3.1 Property Damage: Participants are responsible for any intentional damage to the premises, equipment, or furnishings that are not designated for destruction.
   3.2 Safety Instructions: All participants agree to follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by RageZone staff.
   3.3 Behavior: Any aggressive behavior towards other participants, staff, or third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from RageZone.

3.4 Personal Items: Personal items brought into the play and waiting areas are at the risk of the customer. We do not take responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional acts by RageZone or its staff.

1. Cancellation Policies
   4.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before the booked appointment. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booking price. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% fee of the booking price.
   4.2 Cancellation by RageZone: RageZone reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen events (e.g., technical problems or safety concerns). In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded. RageZone is obligated to provide the service only after full payment has been received.

2. Privacy
   5.1 Collection of Personal Data: RageZone collects personal data only for the purpose of managing bookings and providing the RageRoom experience.
   5.2 Storage and Sharing: The collected data will not be shared with third parties and will be securely stored in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.
   5.3 Intellectual Property: The copyrights and all other rights to content, images, photos, or other files on this website belong solely to RageZone or the explicitly mentioned rights holders.

5.3.1 Any reproduction of elements requires prior written consent from the respective copyright holders.

1. Final Provisions
   6.1 Changes to the Regulations: RageZone reserves the right to change these regulations at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes in an appropriate manner.
   6.2 Jurisdiction: For any disputes arising from or in connection with these regulations, the jurisdiction will be the location of RageZone in Switzerland.

By booking and participating in a RageZone experience, all participants agree to these regulations.

6.2.1 By purchasing a Rage package, all participants agree to these rules.
